Terms & Conditions for 333rr — Bangladesh's Trusted Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 333rr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 333rr website located at https://333rr.io and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon.

By accessing the 333rr platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any game or feature made available through 333rr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Age Verification Procedures

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon suspicion that a player may not meet the minimum age requirement. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.

Where a player fails to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the time period specified in the verification request, 333rr may suspend the account and withhold any funds held therein pending satisfactory verification or final determination of the player's eligibility.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active 333rr account. The creation or operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 333rr reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or casino game results, and permanently forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings accumulated across all such accounts.

3.2 Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333rr account credentials, including your username and password. 4.3 Deposit Source Requirements

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, 333rr reserves the right to freeze the relevant account, reverse the deposit to its source, and withhold any winnings generated from funds deposited in violation of this policy.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their 333rr account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka) or the INR equivalent. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain as available balance in the player's account.

5.2 Withdrawal Verification

Prior to processing a withdrawal request, 333rr may require the player to complete identity and payment verification. Failure to complete verification within seven (7) calendar days of a request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's account balance.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on the 333rr platform is governed by the rules set out in this section, supplemented by sport-specific and market-specific rules published in the 333rr Sportsbook Rules document, which forms part of these Terms.

7.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is not valid until it has been accepted by 333rr's system and a bet confirmation reference number has been issued to the player. 333rr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason, including in circumstances where a market has been suspended, where odds have been published in error, or where the bet falls outside the player's applicable account limits.

7.2 Match and Event Cancellations

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the result of a bet can be determined, 333rr will settle the bet in accordance with its published suspension and cancellation policy. In general, bets on events postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled start time will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

7.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting at 333rr covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI and Test matches, and other domestic and international cricket fixtures. For in-play cricket markets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC as applicable). Weather interruptions, DLS method adjustments, and super-over determinations are accounted for in 333rr's cricket-specific settlement rules, which are published separately and updated at the start of each major tournament.

8. Casino and Game Rules

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 333rr platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 333rr content without prior written authorisation.

11. Privacy and Data Use

12. Limitation of Liability

333rr's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

333rr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player's account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• The player has provided false or misleading information;
• Continued operation of the account would expose 333rr to regulatory, legal, financial, or reputational risk;
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, 333rr reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including deposited funds, where such balance is directly attributable to fraudulent activity or Terms violations. In all other closure scenarios, available real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of any pending verification requirements.

13.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 333rr support. Prior to closing an account, all pending bets will be settled normally and available balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened subject to verification of identity and confirmation that the closure was not made under a responsible gaming self-exclusion request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 15. Amendments to These Terms

333rr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations as a registered player — 333rr will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.
